Notice of Homeowner Meeting

Unit Owners of the Sampson Altadena Condo Association,

Please be advised that the quarterly meeting for the Sampson Altadena Condominium Association is scheduled for Tuesday March 10th, 2009, 7-9pm in the Conference Room C of The City Library. Conference Room C is located in the lower level, just below the Urban Room (main foyer); from the Urban Room take the stairs across from the shops down one level.

This meeting will provide an update on the same agenda items covered in the January Annual meeting, including:
- election of new board members
- voting on special assessments
- review of priority projects for winter, spring and summer
- open forum

Please submit additional topics you wish to be discussed to an HOA board member or sampsonaltadenahoa@gmail.com before March 5th, 2009.
