Association Annual Meeting - January 7th

NOTICE: The Association annual meeting will be held on Wednesday January 7, 2009 from 7:00 - 9:00 pm, in Conference Room "C" of the Salt Lake City Library.

The meeting agenda will be finalized prior to the meeting and posted in the buildings. Please submit topics you wish to be discussed to an HOA board member or sampsonaltadenahoa@gmail.com before January 5th, 2009. The tentative agenda will include discussion of:

• Financial status
• Election of new board members
• Discussion of recent and planned projects
• Security issues
