Emergency Information & Contact Form
An Owner/Tenant Information & Emergency Contact Information form is being included with this month’s statements. In the case of an emergency, the Board of Trustees will need this information to better coordinate with Emergency Services such as Police, Fire Departments and Paramedics. Please fill out this form and return to a Board member promptly. Thank you!
Online Blog
This blog (http://sampsonaltadenahoa.blogspot.com/) is an online resource for the Sampson Altadena Association for: sharing thoughts and expressing concerns in an open forum. The Board will continue to use the blog as a primary method for communicating about news, information and updates to the entire Association in a convenient and accessible manner. Paper notices and newsletters will also continue to be used.

Recent Activities
Back steps
Due to the steps becoming slippery with ice, the back steps on both buildings are being improved and are nearly complete.
Hand rail
New hand rails have been installed at the back entry/exit of both buildings. These rails are much more sturdy than the prior rails.
Lights
The new security lights have been shaded to eliminate lighting unit owners interior, while still providing security.
Pet Policy
Thank you to the Association members who provided many constructive comments on the DRAFT PET POLICY. This Association Policy is currently being revised due to these many comments. The policy will be voted on at the quarterly March meeting.
Help needed
Recycling bins
If you see the blue recycling bins on the curb after they are emptied (Monday morning), please lend a hand and return them to their location behind the building. This is the responsibility of all Association Members. Thank you!
Upcoming To-Do's
Junk removal
The Board is making arrangements to have a "junk" removal service come to the Sampson Altadena this Spring (May) so we can remove the junk and unclaimed personal property in the basements of both buildings. This is a big job that will require participation from Association members and tenants. Please mark your calendar for a May Spring cleaning! More information will be provided closer to the date.
