SAVE THE DATE: Quarterly Meeting
NOTICE: The next Association Quarterly meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 12 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm at the Salt Lake City Main Library, Rm. L-1. A notice will be posted in each building and is included with this month’s statements. This quarter’s agenda will include: voting on the Pet and Noise Policies, as well as an operations report, a financial report, and an Association Open Forum. Please make an effort to attend or send a proxy. Refreshments will be served!
Welcome Jon!
The Board of Trustees welcomes Jon Wagstaff to the Condominium Association. Jon recently purchased unit #A6 in the Altadena building.
Electric Meter Upgrade
Rocky Mountain Power recently exchanged the buildings’ electric meters with upgraded digital meters. This upgrade will allow the company to read meters more accurately.
Emergency Information Contact Form
An Owner/Tenant Information & Emergency Contact Information form was distributed to all Unit Owners and Tenants following last month’s statements. The Board of Trustees requires this information to better coordinate with Emergency Services such as Police, Fire Departments and Paramedics in case of an emergency. Please fill out this form and return to a Board member promptly. Thank you!
