The Board of Trustees has prioritized the following action items in the New Year:
- Key pad entry repair (both buildings)
- Ceiling plaster repair in common areas (both buildings)
- Removal of unclaimed property in common areas
- Pet Policy
- Noise Policy
In the coming weeks and months you may notice repair technicians and contractors working around the building. These contractors have been instructed to communicate only with the Board of Trustees regarding common area matters. If you notice an issue that requires attention, please contact the Board.
